DENVER, CO
AWH is a mixed-use apartment project located in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver. The area surrounding the project is primarily single family homes and small use retail. Given the scale of the project, we chose the materials and designed the building to sit humbly within the context of the site. The program is 322 for rent units, 32,000 sf of retail and a below grade 600 space parking garage. Construction finished in 2018*
