Inspiration comes honestly when you walk this beautiful 10-acre lot near Evergreen Mountain. With front range views to the east and Mount Evans views to the west, designing a mountain modern home for our clients required a celebration of the site.
The home’s layout is open and organized around a central living, dining, and kitchen area with views opening to the west. The guest spaces and master suite flank either side of the central mass to the north and south.
Natural elements (steel, stone, and dark wood) will anchor the home to the site. Extensive glazing will embrace the landscape and afford connections to outdoor entertaining areas, gardens, and an integrated spa.
