The concept for this modern home in Cub Creek Ranch intends to echo the beauty and simplicity of the 4 wooded acres surrounding it. Driven by the clients’ desire for efficient living, spaces were carefully created with great attention to use, privacy, and sight lines that connect the home to the outdoors.
The property provided significant potential for siting the home with minimal impact, and tucking the form into the trees gained it a sense of comfort.
